AppleSeed Repairs provides a 60-day limited warranty on all parts and repair services, excluding liquid damage repairs. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship related to the specific repair performed.

Warranty Terms

Duration

  • 60 days from the date of repair completion
  • Coverage begins immediately after repair
  • Warranty is non-transferable
  • Valid only for original repair customer

Liquid Damage Exception

Due to the unpredictable nature of liquid damage and potential for ongoing corrosion, repairs for liquid-damaged devices do not carry a warranty. This includes any repairs performed on devices with active or previous liquid damage indicators.

  • Contact us immediately upon discovering an issue
  • Provide original repair order number
  • Describe the problem in detail
  • Schedule warranty service evaluation

Required Documentation

  • Original repair receipt
  • Device must be in same condition as after repair
  • Proof of original repair payment
  • Valid identification matching repair order

Warranty Limitations

Void Conditions

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Physical damage after repair
  • Removal of warranty seals
  • Tampering with repaired components

Additional Terms

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. AppleSeed Repairs reserves the right to refuse warranty service if evidence of misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification is found.

Warranty Validation Process

Our warranty coverage is directly tied to our vendors' evaluation process. A part will only be considered defective if our vendor confirms a manufacturer defect and issues credit. We maintain this policy to ensure consistent quality standards across all repairs. Accidental damage, drops, or misuse are not covered under our standard warranty.

Accidental Damage Protection Plan

  • Optional coverage for accidental damage
  • Covers up to 5 devices for one year
  • All devices must be registered at time of purchase
  • Devices must be in working, pristine condition
  • Pre-existing damage not eligible for coverage

Accidental Protection Plan Requirements

Our Accidental Damage Protection Plan must be purchased and registered with all devices present and undamaged. A technician will inspect each device to verify eligibility. Previously damaged devices cannot be added to the protection plan. This inspection and approval process ensures fair coverage for all customers.
